Purely hypothetical.

Lets' say that you have an assorted FOWLR, with different species from different families : Ie tang, trigger, butterfly, angel, clownfish, wrasse... etc etc.

If you could only choose TWO ingredients to feed them (for 3 straight years), what would they be ?

Mysis and Nori ?
Brine and spirulina ?
Bloodworms and krill ?
Clams and Cyclop-eeze ?

What would be the healthiest choice under those stipulations.

Kind of a silly question, isn't it? But if I had to choose, it would be mysis and nori. None of these on their own are ideal as the sole basis of a diet for most fish. I'd say bloodworms and brine are lesat desirable. Cyclopeez is very good, but too small for many fish. Mysis nutritional profile can depend of source/species.

I too would go with the mysis and nori. The other options listed are certainly not as complete of a food source, although mysis and nori arent either, but better than the other ones listed.

I'll give a third vote to mysis and nori with clams and cyclop-eeze finishing a close second and the other groups finishing way back.

appreciate your answers, but those combinations i put on are arbitrary. :D Ideally, what would the best 2 ingredients be if you were to put them in a blender though ?
