best place to buy aquariums?

Looking for some input
I currently have a 29 gallon reef tank stocked heavy with LPS and some SPS. I have had it for almost two years and is just getting too crouded for all the corals in there. I am moving out of my apartment and into my first house come August and was thinking this would be the best time to jump to a bigger thank?
I was at one of my fav LFS and was quoted almost $600 for a 120G. Tank only.
Is this what I am going to have to pay or do you have any other recommendations of where to get a tank?
Thoughts on is this a good time to upgrade my tank?

You'll occasionally see one on here for a decent price. I've found good deals on craigslist for tanks up to 75 gallons, but you can sometimes find a deal on a larger one. Keep looking. You may have to wait if you're really looking for a deal.

If you have a little patience, a used one will turn up. I've seen some gorgeous systems here for pennies on the dollar that included a stand, sump, powerheads and skimmer. I found mine on Craigs list several years ago.

one just pop'ed up now. a 120rr for $175 stand and all. there you go. thats a pretty decent price.

On The STRS forum there are 2 120gals. one pretty much complete ,included an Oceans Motion setup

Pet world in east Rochester is the best price for glass tanks that I've seen. I shopped around for a 120g for 3 months and they definitely had the best prices, by far.

Good thought - unless you like starting over, the tank itself is the hardest thing to "upgrade" once the system is running.

What does STRS stand for? Having issues finding that on google.

Talking price what should be the price range for a 120? Just trying to get an idea.

If you haven't already, chk with ABC Aquarium in Fairport..we paid $400 for a new reef ready Marineland 120 which they ordered for us.
