i think the true/false clown fish are the best because they are easy to take care of, can be housed in a smaller sized tank and accepts most foods.

True, more details are required, but assuming you can house them most Tangs are excellent reef fish that do pick at the live rock all day for algae (ie brown scopas tang, sailfin tang, etc).

A tailspot blenny and tangs can eat algae. You do need to tell tank size, equipment, and such for a more specific answer.
