Best rimless nano tank?

Good afternoon
I'm getting back into the hobby after a couple of years without a tank. Due to some physical limitations I want to go with a nano. I would prefer a 20g but the man in my life wants a 30+g.
I've been reading the forums lately and love the look of the rimless tanks.
So my question is which is the best rimless?
Should I go LED or MH?

What I would like to stock the tank with is softies, an anemone, and maybe a couple of SPS. I will have a sump/refugium, I've built one before and love how well they work.
I've had a MH and T5 light set ups, still have the t5 and tank from my last sw tank. I even have base rock but it's all in Florida and I am in Texas. So basically I am going to have to start from scratch.
Another question I was thinking of building an acrylic tank, what are the issues of acrylic? Is it just the scratching that's the problem?

Thanks in advance.

I have the Nuvo 38 and love it. The customer service from this company is top notch. My buddy got the 8 gallon after seeing mine and its the bees nees. rimless with a sheet of glass that sits inside the lip floting on clips. I can tell you if i had to buy it again I would well truth be told I have two of them. Thats how much I like them.

+3 love my Nuvo 30

I paid around $700 for mine with the tank, stand and light from Innovative Marine. Doing it again I would of just bought the tank and found my own stand and got a different LED that puts out 3x the light and has built in timers and dimmers for less money. You can pick up the tank for around $300 by itself (Nuvo Micro 30).

Another question on the LED lights.
How are the comparable to MH? How many watts per gallon?

That's a good question and I have no idea. I do wish that I would of got more then the 30 w tablet that I did from IM. They have a 92w, but IMO they are way over priced for what you get. There is places selling 55x3w (165w) LED setups with built in timers and dimmers for less then the IM 30w is.

I would also say to check out Cadlights, they do great work and will also custom build just about anything you would want at a pretty affordable price.

Deep Blue 40 rimless. Should be FAR cheaper than those mentioned. Or if you want an All-In-One tank, check out the Solana.
