Wanted to say thank you to Eco Tech for the unbelievable service I received from you this past week. You truly understand how to treat customers and I really appreciate it.

I own a generation 1 MP40. I bought it when they first came out many years ago. I just recently had my first issue with the 8 year old pump. You guys did the unimaginable for me with out me even asking. This is another reason why I buy product from you. Not only is it awesome, but great service to go with it.

I agree!. You get what you pay for. Ecotech is proving that customers will in fact spend more for leading edge products backed by premium customer service. I bought two new MP40WQD's and all communication with company has been nothing but positive. Support has been well beyond some stupid script you have to walk through with most other electronics products!

I agree. They're customer service is outstanding. Matt helped me get my Vortechs connected to Reeflink this morning and was very patient with me.
And I wasn't put on hold for a long time or trying to understand someone from another part of the world. Thanks Matt!
