Best skimmer for 125 gallon?

Will be doing a 125 build in the near future so I am just wondering what everyone would recommend for a skimmer? Also for lighting? Looking at t-5's but any info on what I should go with on that to!?

You want the best? Or the most bang for the buck? Whats your price range? If you want a good skimmer for around $200 the octopus nw-200 is hard to beat, but it is definitely not the best skimmer out there, i love mine, its not modded or anything and does the job on about 250 gallons.

Have you heard anything about the msx 200? I heard they are alot better than the nw-200 now...either way I was thinking either the nw-200 or the msx-200.
