Best UV Sterilizer

I need to put on a 25 Watt UV sterilizer on my new 250.

Which would you recommend?

E.T.S.S is putting everything together for me and they are starting the design on monday and need to know the sterilization I want.

most people say you need to change the bulb every six months or so. I have 45 watts on my 180 fowlr

UV is rated by flow. I like the the UVs from Aqua Ultraviolet because

1) Bulbs are rated for 18 months
2) The UV chart scale is tested on 12 months old bulbs and not new bulbs for better accuracy
3) Used by large Aquariums ie Sea World


You can pump up to 2900gph through a 40 watt Aqua Ultraviolet. Get the 2" inlet/outlet version if you are going to pump that much volume

I use two "Aquamedic Helix Max 55w" in tandem. The water is channeled around the bulbs in Spiral motion, to ensure maximum exposure. But I am not sure whether Aquamedic trade in the USA??
