Best vitamin food supplement?

For fish or corals? Or both? I add garlic drops to my fish food. And I dose Red Sea reef energy A and B for the corals. I have seen success with both. Healthy fish and corals.

Selcon has been around a long time and is proven. I use to use it over 10 ago.
I tried Brightwells amino supplement with no noticeable results.
After much reading, I am about 3 weeks into using Aquavitro Fuel and am seeing great results. More growth, more color.
I feed the fish frozen mysis, clam, brine all mixed together without adding any extra supplements.

Some will say yes, and I use to, but I don't now. But you can, but if memory serves me correct, I would cut the amount and go slow as you might get an algae bloom. More is not better.

Selcon is good but make sure to use as directed which is not every day. Your fish will love it but dont be tempted to use more than directed. I was using it every day and had a bad explosion of Cyanobacteria i attribute to Selcon because of all the extra nutrients. I only use it about once a month in my DT because of that experiance.
Here is a link to my Cyano outbreak from over use of Selcon. Its clearly not your typical Cyano outbreak. Mine was the worst ive seen in pictures yet.

I use each of these but not at the same time and no more than 1-2x a week.

1. Selcon
2. Vitamin C
3. Garlic
4. VitaChem
