Best way to Clean Filter Sock ???

ive taken mine and cut out the semi circle (this made it much easier to turn it inside out) then i just put them in a washing machine with a little bleach. Ive done that at least 15 times with no adverse effects.

no way washmachine! are you willing to risk soap in your tank? use a hose. and bleech who cares if its white, you don't have to kill organisms, just clean them out. nothing against the dishwasher method, i just don't like the risks involved. good luck!

flip it inside out.. heavy wash with beach and extra rince.. let dry outside before using again.

I may try the washing machine!! Thanks
Anyone else??
hope your washer doesnt look like mine with soap all over the inside on all surfaces - this sounds like an accident waiting to happen...
i like water and a spray nozzle and a little bit of hand power

Washer with Bleach and double rinse cycle. Then soak them for an hour or so in ro water with some dechlorinator to kill the chlorine.
