best way to drill 3 1/4" hole in rubbermaid sump?

I was thinking about using my rotozip. Unless someone has a 3 1/4" bit.

You know now that you say that I think I do.. I will drag it out tomorrow and check. I have never used it before but it doesn't look that hard.
