Best way to eradicate large fireworm?

Anyone have any strong opinions on the best way to capture a fireworm over a foot long? Heavily rocked tank.

Turkey Baster?
PVC Trap?
Trap Em?
Cut in half with forceps?

bait + trap. Grab a stinky piece of fish ("silverside maybe") put it in a trap, lights out, and wait.
