Best way to feed my micro

Well im not much of an LPS guy until now, i just picked up my first micro frag and would like to know what the best feeding method would be. i always had trouble feeding my brain coral b/c it would never "open up" when i was feeding the fish so whats the best way to feed micros people!!! thanks in advance.

I feed mine mini mysis, using a dropper. Thaw out the frozen cube in a net, drain out the excess water and put them in a small container, mix it with a little tank water and use a dropper to feed.

Your probably not getting much respone because this question gets asked so often.
