Best way to QT fish and coral simultaneously.

I "rescued" a snowflake clown from a large chain store, and took a toadstool leather from them as well. Both from the same tank. I'm nearly 100% certain there is ich in the tank that they came from.

I figure I'll need to qt the clown and the coral in separate tanks? The coral will need to be qt'd by itself for 10 weeks right? Is there any dip for corals that will kill off dormant cysts?

Just hate to keep this toadstool all by itself for 10 weeks, but I won't risk it if there's no other way.
