best website to purchasefish from?

so i've heard mixed things about live aquaria here, obviously everyone is raving about divers den but if i would really like to get either a powder blue or powder brown tang at some point in the future, my lfs never has any healthy looking ones and i'm always checking live aquaria and they dont ever seem to have those in divers den. i have seen the powderblue/powder brown hybrids on there but thats in. and imo the hybrid is a bit ugly anyway. has anyone had experience with just ordering from the regular site on la and not divers den? powder browns/blues in particular?

Live Aquaria's Divers Den is great since you can see your fish BUT their prices are outrageous. Its a good place to get RARE expensive fish but you would be better off getting more common fish from the fish store/ another website than Divers Den.

Saltwaterfish.com have a decent selection, great prices, and a great garantee

Bluezoo is more expensive that saltwaterfish.com when buying larger fish, however you get to specifically choose the size of your fish. Saltwaterfish just gives a average size.

Also consider buying from a website that matches your fish. What I mean by that is it would be much better to buy a Hawaiian naso from a website based out of Hawaii than one out of Cali or Florida. In contrast it would be better to get a Blonde Naso from a store based out of Florida. This minimizes the amount of shipping/stoppin stations fish must go through. The best way to buy fish is strait from the diver (if you could ever meet one/get in contact with one) Good luck

Live Aquaria! I have nothing but good things to say after buying from them for almost three years. I have purchased fish from their Diver's Den and also from their Cali facility. I have also purchased corals and anemones from them. Everything has arrived healthy. Their guarantee is excellent. Their customer service is second to none.

I don't feel their prices are high at all. Many of their fish are cheaper than other vendors. Also I take advantage of their weekly specials. So far I have gotten a medium Purple Tang for $79, a Flame Angel for $29, $10 Royal Grammas, $3 YT Blue Damsels, $18 Flame Hawkfish. $40 for 4" Yellow Pyramid Butterflies is not a sale price but much better than other online vendors.

When I'm ready for a Powder Blud Tang I will be getting it from them. They only sell Maldives PB Tangs because they are handled much better and have a much higher success rate. The medium ones go on sale often for $50.

Anyway I could go on and on but I won't. They're the best.
