Nice colony. It's nice to see a big natural looking colony instead of quarter & half dollar sized frags! Did you grow this out from a small frag & how long have you owned it? Details of your growing conditions would be appreciated. Thanks.

That is actually a mini-colony that I fragged to sell.

Here is the original frag (started out with 2 eyes)...



I bought the frag about 2.5 years ago. Here was the most recent pic (colony has had probably 100 eyes fragged over the last 2 years)...



Contrary to most chalice this one grows great in lots of light. I have it directly under a 250w MH. I used to feed it at least 3 times a week with the Fauna Marin Ultra LPS pellets but it grew way too fast. Now it gets whatever falls near it.
