Bicinctus Clown?

Anyone own one of these? If so, how big is it? How aggressive? Are they hardy? I've done some reading and found that they will take to a long tentacle anemone. So I'm thinking maybe one of these guys instead of a clarkii. The clarkii's are just not that colorful, but I do want a high probablility of anemone/clown hookup. Thanks for any imput!

I had the bicinctus, and loved it. It hosted readily to an anemone. This fish is fairly aggresive, especially toward its own. I could not pair this fish up without it killing its potential mates, so if you want to keepo a pair make sure you get two healthy juveniles and introduce them simultaneously.

I've had some bicinctus pairs in the past. I really liked them alot they all had really good personality. They do tend to brown up after time tho... so you might wanna get the brightest yellow ones u can find.

any pics for reference

I wish I did this was a few years ago and I lost most of my pics in a move. Best i can say is it's like going from the color of a dandilion to a light brown tea. PR's seen the color change in my bicinctus clowns maybe he can chime in.

Yeah Jess is right. Do a search on google images for bincintus clowns and you'll see the different color morphs they come in. For some reason or another though, they seem to lose their intense yellow. They don't go completely dirt brown, but they do brown up.

Perhaps someone can experiment with have a pair in a large tank with lots of water current, a ritteri anemone and super intense lighting. I wonder if that would keep their coloration at all.
