bicolor angel question

are these fish very finicky?? I got a yellow tang and a bicolr two days ago, the tang is swimming all over and eating the biclor only swims behind the rock and wont come out.answers are great or maybe some links

Well the angel is new to the tank and it may take days, weeks, or even months until he would become use to the tank. May just be a little stressed now from being moved into a new tank.
