Bicolor angel, worth the risk?

I have an opportunity to acquire a bicolor angel that has been in another aquarium for over two years. The owner broke down his tank and sold the fish to my LFS. They are asking $40 for it and I watched it eat mysis and flake food in the store on Friday.

I have an SPS dominated tank but I do have some zoas and euphyllia that I really enjoy.

Would you pull the trigger on this guy? I hate to think about trying to catch him if he becomes a coral eater?

I had no luck with my bi-color I had to catch him and get him out. He liked picking at the SPS polyps. He did not kill anything but it caused a huge reduction in polyp extension.

Thanks dd. I 've decided to pass on him. I really think they are one the most beautiful fish out there. To have one that was already thriving in a captive environment was really tempting. Maybe I need a second tank (FOWLR)!

I've had no problems with my bi-color and corals. But it can be pretty aggressive against other fish when added.

My bicolor, lemonpeel, potters, and nox angels all destroy corals, but their beauty makes it worth the 2nd FOWLR versus having 1 reef 1 FOWLR. I can still keep shrimp and starfish after all. Oddly enough my Raccoon butterfly has never shown any interest in corals.
