Big Al's Online - How is there service?

Looking to purchase some new equipment and Big Al's has the best price in stock.

Anyone ever order from them? If so, what were the results?

Yes, I realize I should have used "their" ... could not figure out how to edit after it was posted.

Also, I did search and found satisfied customers... but those threads were several years old. I wanted to confirm their performance recently.

I have purchased several products from them, mainly reef supplements, so far no issues. Always came on time or earlier than expected.

I've ordered several items from them last week and no problems, items arrived on time or faster and no packing issues!

They r a great company. Ive been to their showroom and they were very nice. I order so many things from them before. Everything was always top notch. Once a small bottle of liquid leaks, they sent me another bottle arrived in the same week. However, Drs is now offering free shipping over 50 so I used them more often.

Equipment wise, they are good. [attractive prices too !]

I live in toronto where they have branches. so I have bought some stuff from them.

knowledge and live stock wise .. comparable to petsmart ! lol not good. but agian, u cant expect much from kids earning min. Wage compared to experiences LFS ...

Reporting back on Big Al's Online ....
It took a little longer to get my delivery than I expected, but it was free so I can't complain too much. Took about a week from order to delivery.
I had an issue with ordering as a guest (not setting up an account)...but when I called to resolve the Customer Service rep was very helpful and even gave me an additional discount for my troubles.

I will order from them again.
