Do not let the low prices fool you. This place sucks. 4 business days my order has said packing. I have submitted support tickets asking when it will ship. It was a very good price on a RODI system to replace my failed 10 year old model.

I have heard nothing and their reviews are terrible especially concerning shipping and communications.

Will file chargeback soon. I should have paid up for a BRS unit - never a problem there.

I've only ordered from there once, about 7 years ago. I haven't really seen feedback about them since then, so I'm glad you posted your recent experience.

I've ordered from them several times but that was 5 or more years ago and had no problems at all....

Just ordered for my freshwater. thought they were buffalo ny but they are canada. don't be surprised if it does ship it is international.
