BIG fish

Great pics. I love to see big healthy fish in tanks that can support them. You look at those nasos, sohals, large angels, and have to figure most of us simply don't have the resources to give these fish proper homes, which are tanks in the several thousand gallon range. Looks like you all had a great time.

Wow those pacus are fat. Seaworld in San Diego had some about that long, but not as fat. Despite this the pics were awesome.

Yes I have seen them that big swimming around the rivers down in South America. Highly recommend going collecting in SA if you can. The treasures you will see are comparable to the reefs. I am an Amazon junky so maybe you won't agree. Imagine swimming in a school of cardinal tetras that number in the tens of thousands. Try the Oronoco pennisula if you ever get down there. Still very tempted to set up a discus tank with wild caught fish and wild altums. I hate seeing those crazy hybrid discus. Okay enough of my little rant. Great link JMC Regards, Tim

Have you been to the kentucky aquarium, I actually went last year. They have some great stuff. Like sweet pea, the shark ray. She is awesome!

Wow, those Pacus are great! so fat. I've had pacus before, but they never got that fat despite the crazy amount of food I fed them.
