big support for ICECAP

Can't say enough about this product and the company. They have answered all my questions, sent me extra parts at no charge and are just informative, not to mention kick butt ballasts. I don't think I will ever buy anything else, I am that impressed with the customer service and quality. Theyre forum on here is a fine example of the help and assitance they hand out. O.K. I got that off my chest--its just I was dealing with that nightmare company VONAGE a fews days ago and between them and Bellsouth I thought customer service was a goner:eek2:

That's precisely why I chose IceCap as my ballast for my MH

I agree. I can't see you going wrong. I mean my ice cap 660 and ice cap 430 are more than the competitors, but from checking and dealing with them, its worth every penny. Just a great company and seem to be on the forefront on lighting. Cant wait until the knew UVI/formerly ULV, T5 actinic hits the market. Its supposed to be mid June. I heard they are insane and surpass the VHO superbright light by a longshot.

I agree after reading the multiple problems with the new Vortech pumps. Seems they are quick to take action on quality issues.
