Measurements 6 feet long, 2.5 feet wide, 2.5 feet high
Used tank
1/2" glass sides-No visible scratches
Not sure of bottom construction
2 (look like 600 gph) overflows on the rear wall
Not sure of how drilled underneath
Plastic cross bracing on top (I think this is called eurobracing?)
Comes with stand-wood
By the calculator I used on the main page of RC the tank volume is approx. 280 gallons. Is this good construction for a reef tank? I wish the glass was 3/4" thick but will 1/2" be ok for a reef? How much should a combo this size cost?
Also, I'm looking into a house with a family room on the first floor with an adjacent bedroom. I believe the first floor is on a concrete slab. I'm thinking of putting the tank in the adjacent bedroom but taking part of the wall down to build it into the wall of the family room. So, after construction all you see from the family room is a tank in the wall. Any tips or hints I need to know with planning this?
Thanks for all the help!!
