Big thank you to Jeff at Deep Reef Aquatics!!!

A few weeks back my wife and I went to Europe for 2 weeks. We only had a few weeks to plan and I was really worried about my tank.

Jeff at Deep Reef Aquatics in Downers Grove agreed to help us out by checking on the tank mid way through the trip. I had a
coworker Deen feeding my fish and corals and set up a drip to replenish the water.

Jeff came out as planned and tuned up my setup, while Deen looked on. A few days later a small problem developed and Deen called in Jeff who came to the rescue.

After we returned home I called Jeff to ask if I could take care of the bill. He just asked that I come by his shop and pick up a coral or 2.

No problem there!!! Jeff went out of his way to help a reefer in need, at no charge...

Thank you Jeff for your dedication and good will. I've been a customer for years and I will remain one, you can count on it!

Jeff is a fantastic guy as well as the rest of his staff. They're are several good fish stores in the area but Deep Reef gets almost all my business for fish.

And Rod for coral (just another little plug there for ya Rod!)

The last time I went in for Turbo's I asked for 12 (or whatever their quantity deal was at the time). The salesperson threw in a HUGE snail at no extra cost. I'd say the snail was bigger than a golf ball. I had never seen one that large before.

They are a generous group. I like that.
