OT Godfather
Just wanted to throw a "shout out" to Rod for staying late last night so I could pick up a few things.
I am leaving on vacation for a week and a half and really needed to do a water change and was in need of Rod's food so the fish could be fed while i'm gone. AND my buddy who lives on the south side of chicago unfortunately lost power from about 10pm - 2:30pm the next day!...hopefully most of his corals will survive, he unfortunately lost a Rod Onyx. He was REALLY in need of food also and couldn't make it out. Rod stayed open late so I could pick up these items and he even caught a mandarin for me!
Now THAT is GREAT customer service!!!

Great sevice gets you great PR! Now if all the other LFS would pick up the slack. Rod's making them all look bad! Or at least just not as good!
