Bigger Clowns?

What are some bigger clowns that aren't particularly aggressive? I have a 220 for it/them.

I really like Picassos, but it sounds like the smaller Clowns don't like bigger tanks??? (read it about black and white ocellaris)

I like the looks of the Clarkii and the white stripe Maroon, but I'm afraid the Maroon might be too aggressive. Don't know much about the Clarkii.

I also don't want to pay $500/pair. So, medium/large, peaceful to semi-aggressive, and not overly expensive. And hardy!

I love clarkii's. I have two in quarantine right now. I've read they are more aggressive than perculas and occelaris, but don't know how they'd compare to maroons.

It's my understanding that clarkiis can be fairly aggressive, but I don't think any of them are as aggressive as maroons. Those little guys can be downright mean!

I'm trying to stock my tank with fish that can hold their own - not aggressive, but not going to be bullied, either.

So I somewhat pushy fish would be okay.

You might also think about tomato or cinnamon clowns. They can be aggressive to other clowns, but they are ok with other fish. I had a cinnamon clown for 4 years who got along with the others but didn't take any bullying from anyone.

I like the Cinnamons that have more of the black backend. The ones that do, is it already there as a juvie? (so I could pick a juvie at the LFS and know what it'll look like)

Like this one **drool**

i like my saddlebacks the female not the protagonist in the tank until lately, but she wont back down from a scuffle.

Are you going to get a cinnamon? Looks like you really like the one pictured. I can see why you like it, that is a very pretty fish.

I love the cinnamon clowns, they have lots of personality. I've had three of them. My latest two just disappeared so I replaced them with some bicinctus clowns, which are a variant of clarkii clowns (I think). They're also fun to watch and hold their own against the bigger fish.
