I am putting some feelers out to see if there is anyone in CT who has a large tank that might be interested in an 18" Saddleback. I have a 180, and i've raised him for about 3 years and in that thime he is just grown tremendously. He needs something 500+, in my opinion. Wonderful fish with lots of personality

wow sounds like an awesome fish good luck finding him a home. If all else fails see if any local aquariums might take him.

yeah, i have a few emails into mystic and norwalk, but havnt heard. there is one in long island that will, but im tryin to save a trip!

Unfortunately, I doubt Mystic will take him. I'm a volunteer in the Fish and Invertebrates department and we don't really have a tank he would fit into. We don't really take fish from hobbiests anyway. :(

If Norwalk doesn't decide to take him, it'd be great to get im into a happy home in LI. :)

yeah, i was afraid of that. I havnt been to mystic in a while, but i thought they had a large cylindrical tank with a large variety, but still wasnt sure if they would take fish from hobbiests. If anyone else knows of anywhere closer than the aquarium in LI, it would save me $$$ on a ferry trip..
