Bigger slot in nano?

hey, do i need to cut bigger slots on the intakes on my 14 gallon nano? i didn't know if i would need to because i am wanting to put a fuge in. thanks

I don't think so.... I had to remove some material between chambers 1 and 2 to get the middle chamber to fill with enough water for a fuge. I just made a cut to the "block" next to where the water flowed from chambers 1 and 2 then bent the plastic till it snapped.
