Biocube 14 and BRS Mini Reactor

So i am having a huge problem. I have a 14 gallon biocube and to make me have less water changes and cleaner water overall I decided to get a mini BRS reactor to add to the tank. The problem is the pump won't fit, or rather i don't have room for it. I upgraded the pump in the tank to a MJ900. So that is all i have in the last chamber. The first chamber has my heater and the second has the intank media basket. I have a jbj nano light on the back to light the chaeto in the middle compartment. I have no freaking room for another pump. Its driving me nuts. I can't figure out how to get it to fit. Is there any way to hook up a reactor to the same pump and the return pump in your tank? If so please explain. I need help on this one.

14 gallon tank
blue stypophora
montipora digitata (orange)
mixed zoanthids
Aussie torch coral
watermelon echono
mummy echono
duncan coral
Birdsnest coral

Fish
Bi color blenny
yellow clown Goby
Black ice clown fish
Scarlett crab
4 snails

Raise the water level in the last chamber. Dont mind the water fill line, put new snall pump on tp of the other, thats what i do in my biocube. U want a seperate pump to control water flow for max media contact time, proble solved

In my BC 14 I upgraded the return pump to a MJ900 and I also added a HOB fuge. The factory return pump is what I used to feed the fuge and it fits in the first chamber. If you can move your heater to the 3rd chamber you can probably fit a pump in the first chamber.

eddiereefs my water line is at the top of the back of tank, so that has been done. I was condsidering that. do you mean i have the top pump be the return pump and the bottom be the pump for the reactor? this tank is next to my bed so i am wondering if they are going to make alot of noise hitting each other. Thanks for the advise
Dans85, i haven't thought of that yet. if the heater hits anything will it be a problem. i have the neotherm heater.
Thanks again guys

Not 100% sure how the 14 is setup, but I'm going to assume its the same as the 29 just smaller.

As mentioned you can stack the pumps(I would stack a piece of foam between them so they don't rattle), put your heater in the third chamber(again assuming its the same as the 29, put in the pocket between the second and third where they stick that foam pad). I wouldn't worry about it touching anything, they don't get hot enough to melt plastic, then put it in the first chamber. Or wedge the pump in the second chamber under your chaeto.

Thanks guys I ended up taking the intank media basket out and putting a container in the middle chamber made of egg crate to house the chaeto. that way i can still use my jbj nano light. then i am going to put the pump on top of that. The mj900 wouldn't fit in the first chamber so the middle was the only option, plus i wouldn't need the media container anymore. next is a egg crate rack for filter floss and she is done. Thanks for all the advise guys I appreciate it.
Now i just have to sell my intank 14 media basket haha
