biocube led lights

I just received my biocube 32 led and can't seem to get the lights to turn on. I can programs and set time but no lights. I have it set to clo per instructions but no light

Figured it out. Plug from factory was not solid in board

Mine gave out last night also. They worked the other night when i was putting in my rockscape but last night tried to turn them on and nothing...fan is still running but my timer screen is blank and nothing from the lights themselves. I took the cover off to check for anything loose but everything checked out. Plus with the fan still operating I know im still getting power. Anyone else run into this yet?
