I just picked up a 29 gallon biocubw off Craigslist really cheap, it has no pump
, and the lights are shot. What kind of lighting fixture do you recommend I want to keep the stock hood

Dump the hood and get a Kessil A150 with the gooseneck attachement. It will look great. You will have great shimmer and one would work fine on a 29 biocube. Many guys like I am switching from the A150 right now to go to the 350. I would think you could find a nice deal on one around the 200 range for the light and gooseneck..
