biopellets for a nano?

I'm just racking these questions up in the nano forum! Thanks for everyone's help and feedback as I'm waiting for my new 20g to cycle.

I use biopellets on my 125 and like them so far. Do many people use them on smaller tanks? Do the pros and cons change when they're used for smaller tanks??

Thanks!!

1000 posts!!!!!!!! my wife will be so proud!! :bounce2::bounce2::lolspin::bounce2::bounce2:

idk might be over kill on a nano, why not just do more water changes, since there is less volume?

my old lady kills me everyday, assuming it is the same, so if she seen 1k posts from me maybe i will be double killed that day

I use pellets in my 29G. I overfeed and forget to do regular water changes. it gives me more room for error.

if you can stick to a weekly water change more power to you.

I like the idea of having redundancy with a small tank. Also, I believe in feeding a lot if you're able to keep nutrients under control and this would help keep the nutrients low.

thanks!
