Biopellts Movement Question

Hi Everyone,
I need some advice on biopellets flow movement. I started up biopellets about 6-7 weeks ago. I couldn't be happier, I have seen good results so far. Nitrates are at around 2.5ppm (Salifert) and the phosphates are undetectable (Salifert). In all of my reefing years I have never had this clear of water other then brand new tank set up.

My question is my pellet movement. I have a touchy gate valve, it seems like its either too much flow or too slow of flow, no matter how many times I try to readjust the flow. Is it okay if the lower level of biopellets doesn't move for 1-2 seconds at a time? I took a video with my Iphone and uploaded it to YouTube. I hope it is clear enough.

The reactor is a Hydra Aquatics BioPellet Reactor FR-30 with a Maxijet 400 pump. The media is 150ml of ecoBAK Plus. Tank is a 34g cube with about 10g in the sump.

Which would you do? Too low flow or too much? Any other advise will be deeply appreciated.
