Birds nest hitchhiker question

Ok, I'm gonna pull a newb here and post a really vague description with no pictures because I haven't a camera to take a pic of this little thing. I've gone through so many of the hitchhiker thread posts but there's 100 pages. I'll eventually dig through that thread but it's a lot to go through.

I picked up a nice birds nest coral today and acclimated it and added CoralRX for 20 minutes. Rinsed in fresh SW and didn't see anything. Once I get it in the tank, I notice something moving on it. I want to say it's a crab but the 2 appendages you can see that might be claws look more like scythes than claws. I could see it bringing them to what I assume is it's mouth but the body is the same color as the coral and you really can't see the body.

I'm thinking crab still but it doesn't look like the claws have the pincher part on the claw. The coral also had a feather duster growing near the top. It also has 2 bivalves attached to it as well.

I'd forgotten how fast feather dusters can disappeaer into their tubes!

My tank is a couple months old and I'm slowly adding bioload. I got the birdsnest and a montipora digitata today. These are my first SPS that have digits. Have a couple monti caps as well. Then have zoanthids and a couple blue mushrooms. I'm really enjoying getting back into this hobby and exploring the SW side of it. But good grief my wallet is starting to hurt!

Haha, yeah I found out this hobby can hurt the bank really quick.

As far as your concern, I cannot conclude to anything without a picture. Even several phone pics would be helpful.

I don't know much about the multitude of life that can find its way into the tank, but I'm wicked good at researching, so if you can provide that, I can provide some research.

Porcelain crab?

Google acropora crab. If it's living in the coral it's possible that you have not. I had one that lived in a small tri color colony. Neat little guys and they're pretty helpful too.

I really appreciate your help. You guys have a LOT of pictures to dig through!

I'm going to take a guess and say it was a bandit crab? I'm not 100% on that though. Whatever it was I can't find it any more. One of my peppermint shrimp was trying to get at the feather duster last night but was apparently unsuccessful. I'm excited for the birds nest to get acclimated to my light so I can put him where I want him and let him start growing!
