For the future, if you're a resident of a decent sized municipality (Hoover in my case) often times you can request use of meeting facilities that the city has.

For example, I'm a member of the Disc Golf Birmingham. Our quarterly meetings are held in the meeting rooms on the 1st floor of the Library. Since my name is already tied to that group I couldn't schedule a second meeting, but someone living in Hoover (or probably other locations like Vestavia, Homewood, etc.) might be able to work out something similar.

Heck, the meeting room in the bottom of the Hoover library is probably about 1,000'sq. Probably enough room for a frag swap, as long as they aren't worried about a little spilled water.
