Black and White Clown Fish and Black Ice Clown Fish

can i put 2 black and white clown fish and 2 black ice clownfish in a 56 gal. ??

It's not recommended. One pair, especially for the tank of your size, is all that you can have. It may be fine if they are small and it's for the short term, but long term they'll most likely end up fighting.

That's up to you, they are both Ocellaris so you could have one of each. Just make sure to not get two that are already females.
