I got this fish from a lfs and he ate fine for the first couple days now all of a sudden ahs stopped eating and has been acting funny staying close to some barnicles I have in my 45 I have a regular false perc as well and the two are in seperatible any ideas or what I should do to try and get it to eat again?

Its not a false percula, its an Ocellaris.....

Ocellaris has one character than False Perc so it is easier to type. Ppl will view you as a ttl n00b if u say False Perc.

Can you give us some more information about your tank? How long has it been set up? What are your parameters (salinity, pH, phosphates, nitrates, temperature, etc)?
Have you noticed any difference in your clown's appearance (breathing heavily, spots on skin, ragged fins, to name a few)? Are there any other fish in the tank that might be picking on your new ocellaris?

I am a noob to say I had a tank a while ago but never got in to the different types of clowns just normal occellaris sorry for the confusion. I have done alot more research on them since then. The fish now is doing great I have a 45 gallon with canister filter. I run a 4X96 watt pc on a scheduled timer. Salinity is about1.026 and params are ammonia 0 ph 8.3 nitrites is 0 and nitrates are 0.

I would personally slowly drop your salinity, although im sure its not affecting your fish. When I lived in Hawaii i checked the salinity at a few beeches where i saw tangs and butterflies, and it was as high 1.029. Some people will not agree, but I think ich like the higher salinity....
