Black-and-white Ocellaris color/size/maturity question

Do the growth and coloration of a black-and-white Ocellaris finish at the same time?

I have two of these little guys in a 6g-gallon tank. They're about a year old and are both under 2" from nose to base of tail fin. The littler one's face is all black now, and the bigger one still has just a bit of orange. So I was curious to know if they're nearing their full size.

My female is easily 3.5 to 4 inches and jet black. Male is 2.5 to 3 inches and is also jet black. They are roughly 3 years old.

Do you remember if they still grew after they were done turning black? That's what I was wondering.
