Black and white ocellaris ?

I bought two black and white ocellaris clowns with a little bit of orange still on their face. Does this mean they are still in their juvenile state or will mature ones maintain their orange face?

The black should fill in when they mature; I had a breeding pair though where the females face remained dirty orange.

My Darwin fry will blacken faster if female (dominate fish seem to color first) and the males about 18 months.

But that is not always the case.

Depends on the clown really some will remain orange while others go 100 percent black....

I have a female black and white that's around 4 years old, and her face is still dirty orange, maybe even a little more orange than ocellaris123's picture. Not full black. Atleast the LFS she was bought from had it labeled as a black and white.
