They also didn't last long in my tank. One died already. The other one is having problems breathing. I wished i would have seen these in Peters tank before i bought them but didn't. I was given them in a beta fish cup the size of 2"x2".
I don't know if the 2 hour drive back and forth put stress on them or what. When I put them in my tank, it was apparent they were having problems.
This is the last time i buy livestock from any member without seeing the fish in their tank first.

Luis got the fish from me at 11am and did not get with me until 6:58 that night . When you sell a fish or fishes you do not know how anyone aclimates the fish . Pm luis back and never heard a thing back from him it has been a week and still nothing. I am not sure how anyone else does it but after talking to some people on this forum they just throw thier fish in a tank . Those fish where fine here and so I did not know what happened. If you are thinking of a little betta cup you are wrong it was a show cup!!! Deprived oxygen I dought it! Acclimation is a big deal in saltwater , and so are the water parameters! Know the whole story!!!!!

How did you acclimate NO1B4ME202?
Also, do you QT your fish before adding them to your display tank?
I am not taking any sides here, but I saw these fish in person, and they showed no symptoms like NO1B4ME202 stated. They both appeared happy and healthy. JMO.
Like I said, I am not taking either side here.
Communication via PM's seems to help in working things out. Much better than starting a mud slinging event in public.
Now, let the mud fly. :lol:

I didn't pm you back because I asked you some Questions and you responded accusing me. So it was not worth fighting over 55.00
. Hell more like 75.00 with gas I DID acclimate them, I have 8 other fish total in my tank. I know how to acclimate a fish, it is not rocket science.
I didn't put this here to start a ****ing match, just stating MY EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER buy a fish from someone that tells me to meet them at their job and give me 2 fish in a 2"x2" container.

The container is not 2x2 get out the ruler and measure it. try 6 x 6 and look at the top the slits . Do you need a pic to remind you? It is amazing how 1 made and 1 did not!You never pm back because you did not want to admit it you probably had something to do how you handled them! Hell I do not know what happened when you got them until 7pm when you pmd me. Remember I responded you did not!

Well I was just interjecting a thought, not attacking anyone.
Still 2 hours in any small water without extra O2 pumped into it or a bubbler probably wouldn't help make a fish better and if there were any underlying issues the stress could have brough them out.
Not sayign there are, just saying that 2 hours with a limited bit of water with 2 fish in the same container is doable but not advisable.. i guess?
But really, why don't you guys like, call each other and suss this stuff out amongst yourselves.. '
We, the peanut gallery, appreciate the entertainment but don't know the facts and are innocent bystanders to the poo flingage so.. really, I mean, can't you guys work it out yourselves?
