Black Friday Deals

Ugh BRS deals are gonna make me go broke lol. Just got my vortex omega 150 and a bunch of other goodies now I'm about to make another order on test kits and Hanna checkers :D
 
I see Salty Supply also already has their "black Friday sale" up and running. I haven't compared their prices to others yet, but I do know that they were the cheapest on a replacement float switch I needed at their regular pricing about two weeks ago. I can say their customer service was fantastic. Just an fyi, I happened to see their sale started and I'm about to skim through it. :)
 
Aquarium Specialty also has 16% off. Turkey16 is the code.
I did not see them listed in 5 pages. Does anyone use them? I haven't yet.

What sort of high end products do you mean?

I worked in two different LFSes in the past, and virtually all dry goods were marked up 100% over wholesale while substantially undercutting brick and mortar chain stores, and matching going online pricing. This also holds true for "premium brands". Tanks and stands are a notable exception, along with a handful of other things.

Maybe things have changed a lot in the past 5 years or so, or maybe online retailers pay more than brick and mortar for some reason.
 
I got my first order from BRS today as well. My doser was ordered on the 22nd and got it this morning. Thats quick service.
 
I used the Aquacave code to pick up some fragging tool.

I wish I had seen the code prior to ordering my T5 replacement bulbs last Friday. Oh well, I had a 5% off code when I ordered so I save some money.
 
BRS: The vertex omega 150 skimmer for 40% off earlier this week made me face Palm my Diablo octopus DC150 I bought last month. Its a good thing I like the DC pump or I might be seriously ****ed.

Long story....long. Was never really happy/confident in my JBJ/aqualifter ATO solution. Occassionally for no reason it fails to fill and i was in the market for a backup.

BRS solved both issues when they put the Tunze osmolator on sale for $169.00

And ordered, Dam them they are going to bank rupt me.l.......lol

(ill use the JBJ as a back up....not that ill ever need it now).

SERIOUSLY. I just placed an order earlier this week for the Vertex 130, all my dry rock, and their single reactor with pump. Now I see the Osmolator.... I don't have the heart to spend anymore. Maybe I'll see if it's still available in a few days once more doorbusters have come out.
 
Bought a bunch of stuff from PA with the TURKEY16, thanks for posting this, I'm oblivious to such things.
Kids, sorry, no money for presents this year. :-(
