Black Ich? (Copperband)

I want to be sure this is Black Ich before I begin Hyposalinity in a QT tank. I also believe he has regular Ich as well as he has black & white spots on his fins.

When I puchased him, I was told he did not have ich. He also had some scales that looked damaged, & I was told he had brushed up against a rock/dead coral. My cleaner shrimp removed the scales, which now left him with "bare" flesh. I will be watching him for bacterial & fingal infections as well.

Hope someone can confirm my "diagnosis" Thanks in advance!

Spots are too large to be black ich. Black ich look like pepper grains on the fish. Even the white spots are not ich. Is he eating? Put some stress coat in for the scale loss. Definitley put in QT but don't hypo the tank. If anything just antibiotics for bacterial infection of the wound. The black could just be pigment cells. There is always going to be fish with genetic variations. This is normal in nature. The area without scales appears to be free of infection at the present time.
