black ich treatment

I picked up a fish from a local guy recently and it turns out, it was harboring black ich and now some of my other fish got it. I read about freshwater dips and formalin but I have some corals in my tank to use formalin and freshwater dip is out of the question because I can't catch the fish every 3 days to keep dipping it, especially with the rock work in my tank.

Can I treat it with prazi? If so, how long should treatment be?

Prazi pro will kill the black ich ..Its actually a tiny worm

Glad that prazi will work. I started treatment earlier today. How long does it take to start effecting black ich? Is it the same as flukes or does black ich have a different life cycle and needs maybe more/less time for treatment?
