Black Ich

I just received a yellow tang from a fellow reefer, and it has developed tiny black spots all over its body and fins. I think its black ich. Its in quarentine right now, is the treatment them same as white ich, hyposalinity?Thanks

I just read that it's silmilar to white ich, and the same treatment applies.
