Black ich

What treatment will kill this? I'm currently treating my fish for regular ich, and now I've noticed black spots on the yellow tang, so I'm thinking I might as well treat that too. Would something like prazipro or paraguard work?

I'm pretty sure that's what he has. What medication has formalin in it? Paraguard has an aldehyde apparently similar to formalin.
