sorry to revive an old thread, but i noticed these black pepper dots on my digitatas for a few months now. My digis had lost most of their color and some of the undersides were dieing slowly. Recently added a six line wrasse and he instantly went after these black dots. Eradicated every single visible black dot within days. My digitatas health has clearly improved and starting to look much better now.
