black ocellaris acting funny

Hi all. I am a "newbie" to this; I have a 75 gallon FOWLR; I recently added a black ocellaris clown; looked very healthy and all; this morning and again this evening, he will go from being mellow to suddenly jerking around his body - as if he ate something aweful and was trying to shake it off -
his body and fins are pristing - except for one tiny tiny hairlike object - maybe 1/8" long hanging from his body - doesn't even look like it could be anything problematic -
but his behavior is concerning me.
He hasn't been brushing against anything -

what do you think? I have been having an ammonia problem; it was .50 for about 2 and 1/2 days; did a 10% then 20% water change; when it wasn't going down, I added turbo start 900 - beneficial bacteria that supposedly will regulate ammonia levels within 5 days.

Any help? Should I isolate the clown?
