black ocellaris offspring

I have a black ocellaris pair that spawned a few days ago. They both have perfect stripes. The male is missing one of his two ventral fins. How much will this affect the offspring, will a majority of them have missing ventral fins? thanks

Was it born with a missing ventral fin or did the ventral fin become missing later on in life?

I'm sure it was born that way...I figure that it would have grown back by now if it had been torn or bitten off.

BTW, does anyone have like a day by day development of what the eggs look like, as far as what color they are and such?
