Yes they will, I have a pair hosting an RBTA.

my female is about 2.5 - 3inches and the male is about 2inches. what size BTA should i get?

My RBTA a year old now, approx. 5 in across. Maybe a little more when fully inflated. Just make sure the anemones are larger than the clowns, my Black Saddlebacks are rough sometimes they might "love" the BTA to death.

oh man i just got my pair 2 days ago....when i got home tonite. the male was on the floor dried up.

so i only have the big female left...if i was to get another one. will they pair up?

of course im gonna get a top from now on.
