Black Spot?

I have a pair of young Misbar True Percs and I noticed the other night that they both had a few black spots on them and over the past few days they have developed even more. I was told this was probably black spot disease they have. My question is what is the best way to go about treating them? They haven't started to show any other symptoms such as loss of appetite or colors or rapid respiration. I don't have a QT setup to put these guys in. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance for helping me and these two little guys out.

my false perks also display these black spots that appear and disappear from time to time...i too was told it is from being stung by unwilling/unnatural hosts. most specifically leathers/ colts/ kenya tree type corals..

does it look like this?

the same thing happen to all 3 of my clowns, if they are young, they haven't developed that mucus coating yet.

The pic looks just like my pair. Thanks edandsandy for the photo. I have had clowns in the past, but they have always been older. These two are very young ORA Misbar True Percs. They haven't developed any of their black yet.
